This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for AllHeartsUnited.org. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

Definitions
“Business” (“us”) All Hearts United, LLC.
“Client” individuals who have signed into agreement to receive All Hearts United, LLC services.
“Confidential Information” means any imagery, information, data, recordings, trade secrets, know-how, directly, or indirectly, in writing or orally or by inspection of samples, equipment and/or facilities, as in such but not limited to past, present and future research, products, product plans, revenue, markets, marketing, marketing materials, Credit Card information, Merchant Services, services, any documentation of (in whatever form, platform, or media provided) client, client and customer lists, designs, drawings, engineering, formulas, hardware configuration, user data, software developments, inventions, processes, technology, financial or other Business or Client information, or the financial terms of this Agreement.
“Point of Service” means services performed by the Business on behalf of the Client, with the Business’s and Client’s consent and agreement.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
The Business is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. The Business only has access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. The Business will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
The Business will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. The Business will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your order or written request.
Unless you ask us not to, the Business may contact you via email in the future to communicate to you about scheduling, updates to resolutions or discrepancies, specials and packages, new Point of Services, or changes to this Privacy Policy.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
- See what data the business has about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data the Business has about you.
- Express any concern you have about the Business’s use of your data.
Security
The Business takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever the Business collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us by SSL certified emails.
While the Business uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, the Business also protects your information offline in a secured location. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted limited access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which the Business stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. The IP address from which the Business will contact you and provide services from is routinely maintained and protected.
Disclosures, Privacy Policy, Credit Card Authorization, and other business information and/or releases are transmitted by and to SSL certified emails. This “Confidential Information” is not stored in the email account and will be deleted after being stored in a confidential address, however certain State and Federal regulatory agencies do have limited access to, upon direct request from said agency and only documentation directly related to said agency.
The Business does not store any “Confidential Information” other than to fulfill your order, from “Point of Services” rendered, nor does the Business authorize the recording or storing of “Confidential Information” of “Point of Service” rendered, other than non-identifying paper case notations. Nor will the Business testify in a court of Law of acknowledgement for services rendered to clients to maintain for confidentiality disclosures and agreements with our clients.
The Business does abide by State and Federal Mandatory reporting laws when required by Law. (There is a difference between report-able abuse, and help, or consent.)
Cookies
The Business uses “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to the Business’s site and identify repeat visitors to the site. Cookies can enable us to track and target the interests of the site users to enhance the experience on the Business’s site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on the Business’s site.
Sharing
The Business employs an outside credit card processing company to bill Clients for services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information and financial information for any secondary purposes beyond filling the Clients order. The Business partners with a Merchant Services and its’ affiliates to provide specific services for credit card processing. When the Client signs up for these services, the Business will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. The Business shares aggregated demographic information with our Credit Card Processing Services for card-not-present transactions. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person for type of “Point of Service” rendered. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
